It seems only fitting that these spaces feature organic elements to inspire the design that brings the outside elements inside.

Living Spaces Inspired by Nature
The living areas feature a light, neutral palette that is not just trendy, but calming, versatile, and timeless for anyone looking to call Kōʻula home. With nature as our focal point, the building’s kitchens feature custom-designed wood cabinetry and upper glass cabinets, as well as natural stone countertops and a full-height backsplash. So whether you are in a studio or a 3-bedroom suite, you feel invited into your open-concept spaces with natural materials and custom details.
Most importantly, these masterly crafted interiors compliment the natural light of the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with views of the Ko‘olau mountain range and O‘ahu’s South Shore.
As an interior designer, this well-crafted space was a joy to design. It was important for us to reflect the natural beauty of the islands in an elevated way, and we believe we’ve accomplished that by bringing the outdoors in, through complementing the existing materials and finishes.

For your private spaces, functional elegance was kept top of mind. We continue to flow through the spaces with our soft light color palette in mind. We know you are living, which is why we chose wet room-style bathrooms. Wet Room Style Bathrooms are washrooms specifically outfitted with high-quality, water-friendly materials. From Grohe and Kohler plumbing fixtures to bronze-accented vanities. Did we mention the walk-in closets?
